Good now I can get on with the track that now looks like this. It is basicly the same track. I only got the anticlockwise track going so far. I got some stuff I may do to the clockwise one that I haven’t worked out how to do yet. http://freespace.virgin.net/dayle.dave/stuff/rtr_090607.jpg Thanks Dave
September 19, 2006 at 9:11 am #332AnonymousInactiveHi Dave, This landscape looks familiar,Willi´s Landscape Right? But with other tracklayout,It´s your way thru the winehills near the river. If this project read to launch then do it to your directions please.
September 19, 2006 at 11:22 am #333AnonymousInactivePeter It is simuler to willi’s track. I got the idea off of willi’s track to make a simple loop look more interesting. And have alook at a few more idears see links below.

September 19, 2006 at 7:57 pm #334AnonymousInactiveI have solved my FTP difficulties, so….. I have put the FastSlow layout and a Freight and Passenger Yard layout on the server. The URL is
http://www.shotscan.com/ruletherail/frtpassyard.zip for the Yard layout andhttp://www.shotscan.com/ruletherail/fastslow.zip for FastSlow.Fast Slow shows a train with engines at both ends with different IDs. It demonstrates using controls associated with the last car (another engine) to keep the train at full speed until the end of a block — if that’s what you want.
Freight Passenger Yard shows a much more complex layout with many trains and lots of controls to keep them moving and separated. That zip file also includes a .txt file with a description of how to operate it. If you do nothing, it will cycle through the yard with passenger and freight trains, forever. There are two trains ready to add and the junk yard has two trains ready to delete.
Let me know if you have trouble accessing or running the layout.

Hi roger i´d dload your 2 layouts too. If it´s not running normal then i give you a message.
September 21, 2006 at 7:34 am #336AnonymousInactiveAnother auto control. This example is a loop with 3 trains on it, say 2 main line trains and 1 commuter train stopping at a small station. All train use the same track. So this is how to stop all the trains crashing into the back of each other as the commuter train stops at the station. Great stuff this RTR I love it. Keep on tracking. 😆 http://freespace.virgin.net/dayle.dave/stuff/station%20stop.zip Thanks Dave
