Helper Engine

Hi Evryone

I am making a double track section on analogue control where the engine:

1) Exits it’s siding to attach to the back of a freight train on main line

2) Helps the train through an obstacle: Steep Hill etc

3) Detaches at the end of the obstacle

4) Returns to the engine’s siding

Does anyone know anything to add to this or any info to improve my idea if so then post.

Hi Dave

Just about got the basics done but there are a few things i am stuck on:

1) It takes a long time to reset

2) There is no way of stopping conflicting trains

If you want to take a look then i will try to get it online today
