September 28, 2006 at 5:12 pm #755AnonymousInactiveI love all america rolling stocks!!! shqpiro
September 29, 2006 at 3:54 am #756AnonymousInactiveThe next candidate I would like to offer is a return to the longer boxcar; in this case, a Southern Pacific liveried car. September 29, 2006 at 11:22 am #757AnonymousInactiveAnother candidate – A&MR 1044. September 29, 2006 at 3:23 pm #758AnonymousInactiveAnother candidate for a future extension pack – Burlington Northern boxcar 223493. September 29, 2006 at 3:59 pm #759AnonymousInactiveHi chris,Great work. If you can take time a little bit,you may visit that treat on Willis RTR-page.
http://www.wleopold.ch/n_forum/viewthread.php?boardid=19&thid=77 ” class=”bbcode_url”> http://www.wleopold.ch/n_forum/viewthread.php?boardid=19&thid=77 You will see Willi´s first skinning of an old second class coach from swiss rail road
😉 September 29, 2006 at 4:54 pm #760AnonymousInactiveHi Peter, I should think that Brainbom would welcome Willi’s textures. We should encourage him to e-mail the files to Brainbom in the hopes they’ll be considered.
I would also encourage him to post them in this forum for others to admire.
I crop the RtR screenshot to eliminate extraneous material then resize the image to a width of 600 pixels saving it to an Internet bandwidth friendly (compressed) jpg file for display.
Come on Willi! Go for it!
Best regards, Chris
September 29, 2006 at 5:07 pm #761AnonymousInactiveHi chris,Did you see it ? Sure allready. The croping and saving as Jpeg is the best way to publish that material in the internet. not all users here have broadband clients as i have, then if i want to do the same,i´ve to notice that. Good tip chris
I also hope brainbom will notice Willi´s work.
💡 I´ve allready good contact to Willi and be a registered member of his forum.
September 29, 2006 at 5:20 pm #762AnonymousInactiveHi Peter and Chris, Opposite of what I have said before, Chris, I found some rolling stock that I can skin as Swiss rolling stock in a somehow believable way.
As soon as I have finished all three cars and the Swiss steam locomotive I will post the pictures here and send them to Brainbombers.
I’m glad that you like my first skin.
😉 Best regards,
Willi
P.S. Chris, great new textures of American cars, many thanks!
September 30, 2006 at 5:01 pm #763AnonymousInactiveThanks Willi. I’m looking forward to those three coaches and the Swiss engine. This is another offering for a future extension pack. This particular texture features a new door type (in my textures anyway). I’m hoping the structural differences in these boxcars will add another point of interest.
