If you have installed version 1.5 for experimenting, here you can find interesting new features to try: blinker and object control. The zip file contains the description and the required files to try the new features:

😯 October 19, 2008 at 11:28 am #2265AnonymousInactiveHi Peter, for user defined blinkers I have reserved the range:
8800-8899Gnome! The texts are not changed, it was meant for the cars
😆 Anyway the texts appearing in the control attributes window are defined in the rtr_objcontrol*.list file, so they can be configured as you wish.

October 19, 2008 at 3:12 pm #2266AnonymousInactiveHi BB Would it be possable to use this for a yellow signal. Turns green or yellow by use of a controller but not flashing. The signal does not have to control a power supply.

October 19, 2008 at 4:04 pm #2267AnonymousInactiveHi all I have been messing and got a green to yellow signal. If you set the flashing parameter to 1 it stays on. You will need Billyb signal upgrade to get the modern singal for normal RTR Signals. If ya wana look then drop us an email.

October 19, 2008 at 5:22 pm #2269AnonymousInactiveHi Dave, these are two different things.
The object control can be used to change the shape/color/etc. of an object, so it can be used for red/yellow/green signals.
The blinker can be used to create automatic ‘blinking’ objects, which have two different states.
In the sample the blinker and the object control are already combined!

October 21, 2008 at 7:34 am #2271AnonymousInactiveHi all I have made some items for the 1.5 blinker and object control. I have made a yellow semafore signal and 2 light yellow signals With the light ones you have to change some files for them to work. I also have made an uk style level crossing flashing light. If you would like to test them then goto the link below. They can be found in the submited new models section. Back up anything your going to cahnge!! http://littlevilledepot.phpbb3now.com/index.php Dave
