Examples for rotation control and bogie rotation can be downloaded here for testing:

    https://www.brainbombers.com/rot_control_and_rot_bogie.ZIP

The description of the functions can be found in the zip file.

You will find two test waggons with rotating bogies (both with the name ‘body’), and a very simple bridge among the misc objects, which rotation can be controlled.

Thank you Chris for all your valued help in these new functions!

    VERY IMPORTANT!!

The test version 1.5 must be downloaded and installed again to work with these new functions! Or download and replace the exe with this one:

    https://www.brainbombers.com/last_exe.zip

Another important thing: layouts saved with this latest version cannot be loaded with older versions of RtR!

Hi BB I’m having fun with the rotation control for objects. Now just an idea could you make a sliding control for back ‘n’ forward and or left to right, up ‘n’ down?

The 1.5 test is crashing by loading old layouts. and under Vista it crashes by try to load it self.(after running 3 times on that system).

    Hi Brainbom,

It was so,if i´d load a layout under 1.3 or 1.4 to the last exe then it crashes,

under xp is it not so Vista was the culprit.

Under XP is it ready to launch.

    Hi Peter!

So you say: it works under XP and does not under Vista?

    Hay BB,

a missing hotfix for the SP is it. with that hotfix it´s running normal.

Only one layout let 1.5 last exe crash, the all others get pass to play.

    Hi BB,

I checked now complete,I´m testing it mostly under borderconditions,to see how stable this version is. The Vista self has many hooks.

    Thanx.
