Criticism, accusations and stupid questions will come again, when the models will have been released, instead of participating in the development. Anyway, for the few, that may be interested:
With the 4 curved roof elements the 16 main parts of the platform kit are finished. What now still is missing, are the small accessories, like station signs, arrival- and departure boards, departure signs, track numbers, and so on, for which I have to further develop
at the same time.Texture Editor Here are the 16 main parts:

January 13, 2007 at 6:54 pm #1658AnonymousInactiveHallo Willi, And that all with the name of my hometown, great work.
January 13, 2007 at 7:22 pm #1659AnonymousInactiveYes I like it, the platform kit, love the stairs in the platform. I think the platform name signs would be a very good adishion.
I must of missed some letters to the forum as I have just read about the platforms you are doing.
Great I think its just to good to be true.

January 14, 2007 at 11:47 am #1661AnonymousInactiveHi, @Reg,it´s not too god to be true. Sooner or later you´ll have a box full of them.
@Little Hobo,i´ll see what are you building with these pieces.
😆 January 14, 2007 at 5:18 pm #1662AnonymousInactiveHi all These pieces remind me back late 1950’s early 1960’s when my grandfather and me use to ride the elevated trains to the city, It gave me a thought if i could elevate those piece’s, I could make a station from them in the city that would be cool

January 18, 2007 at 12:26 pm #1663AnonymousInactiveHi Little Hobo, Thanks for sending me some pictures. There’s nothing I can use for TexEdit, but there are some great pics of elevated city trains. You can lift these Platforms to any height, and with RTR 1.4 you can turn off automatic bridges. What’s missing are the supports, maybe I do them later.
Kind regards,
Willi

January 21, 2007 at 5:05 pm #1666AnonymousInactiveHi Willi Your platform renderings are giving me flashbacks of the Boston “T” system. I especially liked the night view. Very impressive stuff! Where I live in Maine there are a lot of old and, sadly, abandoned depots and trestels and such. Between here and New Hampshire there are even some restored and active Rail Road buildings. If modling these would be of any interest to You, I would gladlly send some pictures, and, if possible, a measurement or two.
Keep up the Great work!!!!

January 23, 2007 at 12:25 am #1668AnonymousInactiveHi Here’s the next element for the platform kit: a station clock. It comes in two variants: As a single clock with horizontal support for placing on walls and as a double clock for hanging under the platform roof. Of course lighted.
